With the end of the semester approaching, now is the time to combine the effective writing strategies we've been practicing with our knowledge of the genres we've studied to create a Multigenre Project on any topic you choose. As we spend the next few weeks creating our Multigenre Projects, use this post to share ideas, seek inspiration, and discuss the creative process. OMG! MGP! LOL!

Oh yay, I have the chance to get the ball rolling.
I don't entirely know what my MGP is about, but it's obviously going to be about something I'm very familiar with. I figured I'd write about my relationships with people along the course of my life, but most of my writing is about relationships, even if they're not directly relating to me.
I honestly suggest, that rather than following the same trail of thoughts and ideas, you shift your current in another direction and experiment a bit. That's just me though. My idea is going to be about music and how my favorite CD manages to capture the essence of living and humanity in various tracks. I'm not entirely certain how I'm going to center my idea, nor am I certain how I'm going to deliver it, but I might do it in a lesson plan sorta thing.
I guess that's another thing to keep in mind, how do you want to deliver your topic? What do you believe will swallow the reader's mind into your dimension of interests?
I don't know, don't ask me, I'm as confused as you are, believe me.

I already have many ideas of what im going to do in my mgp.I know I have to include poems; i'm talented when it comes to writing poems. It reminds me of my book of lyrics i used to have; I stopped that a long time ago. This mgp is my chance to get creative with my writing again. I'll dig through the dust and spider webs in the closet within my soul. Prepare my writing tools and write without thinking, but just what I feel.
Basically, Stream of Consciousness. I often use this strategy when I'm writing.
I cant say I'm having a hard time writing this, but I am having a bit of a roadblock.
Just to get things started and let you guys know about my ideas.
Give me some feedback and let me know if it's too complicated.
My idea for the MGP is based on a CD called The Human Equation.
So my overall goal is to answer:
How does The Human Equation capture the essence of humanity in it's music and lyrics?
I'm not sure how I'll do it, but the idea I have is to title my genres with lyrics or lines from the song, then write, let's say a letter or even a poem, regarding the Title. For instance,
DAY TWO: ISOLATION
The idea is to write either a narrative story or a poem, discussing and showing how the speaker has been isolated in a certain situation, and the psychological results of such a thing.
It's just a thought, so don't forget to respond. = ]
Thank you for taking the time to read (If you have) heh.
im thinking of using this as my opening thingy for the thingy project umm.umm so this is like a draft
Darkness
ive been here for almost
a year
feels more like decades
Darkness is my companion
for
it is all my 9 month life has knowed
Darkness is my friend
A brim of light barges in
and attacks my home
I must stay strong
I must not cry
Darkness is my fr.....
It is then when i realized that
even my own home was rejecting me
so i went towards the light
and Darkness was gone
at such an early age i had already lost a friend
Goodbye
I have a very exclusive clue on what to write even though all my ideas are all over the place I do know when placed together like glue its going to work. The most difficult part of this MPG paper is the begin because once you get started you already know what direction you can take it in.

yaa so this is my first time bloging and i decide so blog about this project. this is atually the first project i enjoy working on because it takes process and i get to switch up the genre instead of sticking to one genre which really become boring and frustrating at times. my MGP will be about becoming a "hairstylist", and it show's different points of my life like the past, present, and future.
Hey MS.Levine...I hope I'm doing this blog thing right.OK so I have a question to ask everyone because my gym and math teacher has been askin me this"what is the difference between being overly confident and cocky?"PLEASE HELP ME GUYS BECAUSE EVERY TIME I EXPLAIN THAT IM JUST CONFIDENT IT SOUNDS LIKE IM BEING COCKY.
